When we as leaders seek to give kids a path ahead in this ministry, we are able to give them choices for moving on to the next stage of the Pathfinder ministry, which is becoming leaders or helping them as they enter adolescence. Do your best to make these improvements, and you'll see why life after Pathfinders is so crucial.
