Parents play a very important role in the life of their children and when we work together with them it will help us as leaders to push the ministry of God. Involve them and see what the Lord will do for you.

We all started somewhere in the ministry and it's up to you to ask yourself whether you are willing to push till the end or give up along the way because you think you cannot do it.

At a time like this, we need strong leaders who are able to face the times that we are in and who will stand proudly to defend this ministry with all its ups and downs, understanding the mandate we have as a ministry.
We are able to overcome the intensities we come across once we understand that the more we face challenges, the more we gain experience to climb the mountain and face other greater challenges.

Conditions for AY ministry leaders to be aware of

It is good to love the ministry but what do we do when things go south? We need to understand our mission as leaders so that we may stand firm in times when things are not going our way.
